biography

ying chen has been appointed associate professor of electrical engineering department of tsinghua university since 2010. he holds bachelor's degrees of both electrical power engineering in 2001, and a ph.d in electrical power engineering from tsinghua university in 2006. his research interests include real-time simulation, electromagnetic transient simulation, power system, cyber-physical system modeling, cyber-physical system vulnerability assessment, cyber security, and cyber-physical system risk assessment. he is the author of 1 book on power system. he has published 64 papers, 8 of which are included by sci.
