biography

ying qiao has been appointed associate professor of electrical engineering department of tsinghua university since 2015. she holds bachelor's degrees of both electrical power engineering and applied mathematics in july, 2002 from shanghai jiaotong university, and a ph.d in electrical power engineering from tsinghua university in jan, 2008. her research interests include renewable energy prediction and integration technology, and power system security. she has been the pi of 30 academic and industrial projects. she has published nearly 100 papers, including 15 sci index, and more than 70 ei index. her paper has been cited by others for more than 1000 times.
