normal07.8 磅02falsefalsefalseen-uszh-cnx-nonerecently, the chinese electrotechnical society (ces) announced the results of the evaluation of the 2018 ces science and technology award and zhengtai science and technology award in the electrical industry. 28 projects, including 5 for the first prize, 10 for the second prize and 13 for the third prize, were selected for the ces science and technology award. a number of teachers and teams from department of electrical engineering and applied electronic technology (eea) won 3 first-class and 2 second-class awards of the ces science and technology award for their projects. fifteen candidates were selected for the zhengtai science and technology award, including five for scientific and technological achievements and 10 for scientific and technological innovation. three teachers in the eea won the 2018 zhengtai science and technology award in the electrical industry. zhao zhengming won the science and technology achievement award, and li yongdong and cheng lin won the science and technology innovation award.

the ces science and technology award is an award approved by the state science and technology award office of the ministry of science and technology (most), prc, which is declared and awarded once a year.
