recently, china's first "internet " integrated energy operation service platform was formally built in zhuhai and passed the expert acceptance review, marking the progress of the energy internet application from theoretical concept to engineering practice, and the initial construction of an open energy internet ecosystem. many innovative research achievements of tsinghua university (thu) are applied to the platform construction, helping the high quality development of "internet " smart energy.
the integrated energy operation service platform is built relying on the first "internet " smart energy demonstration project of the state energy bureau (nea)—dual "internet " smart energy demonstration project for cities and parks supporting energy consumption revolution. the platform addresses the problem that the current energy system can not meet the comprehensive application of multi-energy; meets the urgent need of new energy access; achieves the effective collection and utilization of user information and efficient management; resolves the problems of single business model of energy services, lack of market-oriented mechanism and effective economic incentives; and supports the demand of energy market-oriented and user-customized energy services. the platform has realized the multi-energy flow collaborative management, new energy and energy storage flexible access, demand side active response, multi-energy flexible transaction, and energy internet data sharing in the model areas, and constructed a new mode of "internet " intelligent energy source for energy consumption revolution and extensive demonstration significance.

in view of the difficulties in the development of distributed new energy and energy storage, a package of solutions for distributed resource access, monitoring, scheduling, consumption, trading, operation and maintenance are designed. the key issues of distributed resource operations, such as scheduling strategy of virtual power plants, distributed energy trading mechanism and green certificate circulation mechanism, are studied. the solutions address the problems of disorderly construction, weak supervision and incompetent operation of distributed resources, excavate and improve the value of distributed resources in energy network and energy market, and respond to the strategic orientation of the state for the development of new energy construction and promotion of absorption.
integrating distributed resources into virtual power plant operation
in the implementation of demand response, the demand response potential of user load characteristics and price sensitivity is analyzed accurately through data mining and user portrait technology. combining with the construction practice of guangdong electric spot market, the time-sharing price signal of spot market is transmitted to users for the first time in china, and the enthusiasm of intermediary market players such as power selling companies is mobilized to guide the self-management of demand-side resources and achieve the rational allocation of source network load storage under market means. at the same time, new incentives such as incentive vouchers are set up to encourage users who have not yet participated in the market to take the initiative to reduce peak load by responding to incentives, thus realizing two-way interaction between power grid and users.
